📘 Re‑Loop Terms of Use
BETA
Last Updated: August 19, 2025
1. What Re‑Loop Is (and Isn't)
Re‑Loop is a gentle planning and support tool designed for people navigating ADHD, burnout, chronic illness, and everyday mental load. It's meant to help — not push.
It's not a medical or clinical tool, and it doesn't provide health advice or treatment. If you need medical or psychological help, talk to a licensed professional.
2. Your Responsibilities
To use Re‑Loop, you agree to:
- Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not misuse, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app
- Be respectful of the system, developers, and community
You're responsible for any content you enter (tasks, notes, etc.) and for keeping your device secure.
3. Beta Access
Re‑Loop is currently in early access. That means:
- Some features may change, break, or disappear
- You may encounter bugs or limited functionality
- We may pause or update access at any time
- Data may be lost based on feature changes
We appreciate your patience and feedback — it helps us build a better experience.
4. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data. In short: most of your data stays on your device, and we don't sell or share your personal info.
5. AI Models and Automation
Re‑Loop may use AI tools (such as OpenAI APIs) to help sort or structure your entries. These models operate via stateless APIs, meaning:
- They do not retain information from your requests
- Any data sent is tied to the app, not you personally
6. Changes and Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are major, we'll let you know (in-app or by email). By continuing to use Re‑Loop, you agree to the updated Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Re‑Loop at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We build Re‑Loop with care, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Re‑Loop and its creators are not liable for damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the app.
